Here are some VERY important things you need to know about Joy Girl
"Joy Girl"

COW: Hey, Michaela, what is your favorite food?
MICHAELA: I love almost all Indian and Thai food. I also love the spicy Chick-fil-A sandwich, but on the biscuit for breakfast.

COW: And your favorite dessert?
MICHAELA: I’d definitely choose boba, but if that doesn’t count then I’d go with French Macaroons.
MICHAELA is a giant cow KID CONNECTOR AND MUSIC LEADER
COW: Apparently picking one thing for dessert was much easier. How about your favorite amusement park ride?
MICHAELA: I like any and all roller coasters and rides especially if they are tall, fast, and go upside down. My favorite one has to be the Typhoon at Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

COW: I can never fit in ANY of those rides. Ok, so tell us about YOUR worst injury as a little kid.
MICHAELA: Well the most painful injury that I have had was a sprained ankle, which I’ve had 11 times. I’ve also sprained my wrists a couple times, and I think my knee as well.

COW: So how about your favorite song from church...and your favorite Bible verse?
MICHAELA: I really like the song “How Deep The Fathers Love For Us” and my favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11. It is a great reminder that God has a plan for my life and that he will use my life for his glory.

COW: Tell us about your background in Children's Ministry? What has God placed on your heart that made you desire to minster to children?
MICHAELA: I’ve pretty much loved being around kids my whole life. My mom told me that even when I was two, I would try to take care of my younger sister without my mom’s help (it didn’t always go very well though). Now, I’m the oldest sister of seven kids and I love helping them grow up. I also love that my three youngest siblings look to me for help and guidance, I am really blessed with the family I have. I am also very grateful that God has given me many opportunities to help with different children’s ministries around the United States, and a couple times in Thailand. Currently I am a preschool teacher, I don’t think I’ll end up being a teacher long term, but I do want to someday homeschool any kids God might bless me with. For now I love helping other people’s kids by teaching them about the love that Jesus has for them.
